The evening called for elegance and celebration, as we dressed in black tie for the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in The Dining Room. An exquisite eight-course tasting menu, paired with champagne and endless laughter, made for a truly spectacular night. Fireworks illuminated the driveway, a live band filled the foyer, and the clinking of crystal glasses welcomed the new year in the most enchanting way imaginable.

After a late night of celebration and indulgence, a leisurely morning was in order. The breakfast buffet was divine, offering everything from flaky French pastries to perfectly cooked Irish omelettes. A refreshing stroll by the cascading falls was the perfect way to start the new year—each step more breathtaking than the last.
